2023: A year of unprecedented hotel growth

The St. Joe Company's successful track record with operating hotels along Northwest Florida's Gulf Coast dates back more than 20 years to the opening of the now-iconic WaterColor Inn & Resort.  The company's hotel portfolio grew gradually over time, but the first six months of 2023 were unlike any other in the company's history.  St. Joe's hotel portfolio grew to 11 total hotels after five new properties opened in the first half of the year.
