Watersound Town Center Continues to Grow Tenant Mix

Watersound Town Center, The St. Joe Company's open-air lifestyle center at the entrance to the Watersound Origins community, is continuing to grow its collection of shops, restaurants and services--the latest announcement including a new Starbucks café.

Planned to open in 2024 along Origins Main Street, Starbucks will be joined by a list of several new tenants, including locals favorites Sweet Herietta's, Summer House Lifestyle and Nigel's Bananas. For those needing a fresh look, Halo Salon and Blowout Bar will be offering full salon services, including blowouts. Well-known restauranteurs, The Corchis Group, will be opening friends30A Burger Bar in the Publix Shopping Center while Reese Harrison, DMD plans to open a new detail office.

These newly announced tenants along with those who opened in 2023 coupled with events throughout the year at the pavilion are all paving the way for a vibrant atmosphere where locals and tourists can spend the day walking, shopping, dining and enjoying entertainment.
